My approach

I don’t start with visuals.
I start with how users move, what they need, and where they get stuck.
Only then do I design the interface.

My Process

What you can expect from working with me.

Step #1

Understand

Understanding the user, context, and problem. -> Identify user goals -> Understand constraints -> Explore the problem space

Step #2

Structure

Structuring flows and interactions. -> Map user journeys -> Create wireframes -> Define navigation and hierarchy

Step #3

What this looks like in practice

In my projects, this means:

-> Simplifying booking flows to reduce drop-offs
-> Improving navigation to make decisions easier
-> Reducing unnecessary steps in user journeys
-> Designing interfaces that guide, not overwhelm

Tools I use

I use tools like Figma and Framer to design and prototype ideas. But tools are secondary, the thinking comes first.
